The antique property, which can be reserved in its entirety (for a total of 30 beds), consists of the Casa Padronale (main house now organized into three independent suites, interconnected as needed) and the Case del Baglio that overlook the courtyard typical of Sicilian villas.
The property boasts a strategic position, immersed in the countryside but only a few kilometers from the sea and the wonderful UNESCO heritage cities of the Val di Noto, it is an ideal location for sophisticated events.
Experience
The property mixes a historical setting with modern luxuries, this estate is not to be missed: visit the nineteenth-century chapel and the ancient oil mill, plunge into the swimming pool located in the garden after having done some sport in the tennis court, go to the olive grove for an olive oil production tour, use our bicycles for exploring, and finally go to the vineyard for relaxingwalks amongst the rows of vines.

In addition to the splendid location immersed in history, Villa Zottopera gives you the chance to experience the tastes of the traditional Sicilian cuisine and participate in activities pertaining to Sicilian traditions: dinner made with local products on the veranda of the swimming pool, the Sicilian cooking workshops, the olive oil tour with tasting, olive picking with visit to the old mill.
